The annual outrigger paddling competition rotates between Palau, CNMI and Guam venues.  Last year, it was scheduled to be held in CNMI but due to Typhoon Soudelor, was cancelled.

“This is great fun and we invite everyone to join us.  The event includes 500 meter races, 1500 meters, and long distances.  Also, there will be open categories, mix and juniors,” stated Minister Baklai Temengil-Chilton.
