A criminal case has been filed in Guangzhou, China against a Chinese national Gan Weimin, also known as Max for alleged contract fraud involving another Chinese national of nearly $300,000 USD for a “Boat Cooperation Agreement”, “Cooperation Contract of Restaurant” and “Baking project”.
Charges allege that Mr. Weimin a.k.a. Max, was director of the International Department of Guangzhou Tripeasy Business Co. Ltd. and conspired to defraud the plaintiff by investing in “false business” in Palau including jet boat, speed boat, restaurant and others.
According to the filing documents, warrant of arrest has been issued for Mr. Weimin to answer to the alleged charges in China.
Mr. Weimin a.k.a. Max has been working in Palau for number of years with local partner under Max Car Rental business. (L.N. Reklai)
