October 19, 2017 (Koror, Palau) Attorney General’s Office filed three counts of drug trafficking charges against Horsely Mad a.k.a. Horsely Saka. Trafficking of Controlled Substance is a felony offense punishable by not less than 25 years and fine of not less than $50,000 dollars.
In a police affidavit, Special Agent Marlon Bechab under the Narcotics Enforcement Agency, reported Horsely Mad a.k.a. Horsely Saka was selling methamphetamine or “ice”.
Using a Confidential Informant, officers were able to record phone calls on three different occasions by Horsely Mad arranging to sell methamphetamine or ice to the informant.
First such transaction occurred on April 6 where Mr. Mad arranged to make a drug sale transaction at 680 Motor Shop in Madalaii.
Second recorded transaction was arranged for April 11 at Larry Hillbroom’s construction office in Meyuns where instead of Horsely Saka conducting the transaction, Mr. Hillbroom showed up completed the transaction.
Third sale of “ice” arranged to take place at Palasia Hotel parking lot on May 8 was changed by Horsely Mad to NECO Plaza parking lot on the date of the transaction. Officers were able to observe each of the three transactions and tested the retrieved drugs as positive for methamphetamine or “ice”.
Mr. Horsely Mad was charged on October 6, 2017. [/restrict]
