The Taiwan Technical Mission (TTM) and Bureau of Agriculture (BOA) will be hosting the 2nd Taro Processing Workshop at the TTM training center in Nekken, Aimeliik from July 16 to 18.
The three-day workshop aims to strengthen participants’ capacity in the taro product development and taro processing. The workshop will also promote local people’s consumption of taro and tourism.
