“We want to get an independent review of this very important bureau so that we can make the necessary improvements within the system,” stated Vice President Oilouch yesterday in an interview.
The Ministry contracted three people, Mr. Okabe Techitong, Mr. Rush Masayos and Mr. Mariur Jenkins, to review the bureau and provide recommendations to the Vice President.
Mr. Masayos is a retired employee of the Labor and Mr. Jenkins is a retired employee of Immigration. The two former employees of the bureau with Mr. Techitong are contracted to make assessments and provide recommendations.
Vice President Oilouch also issued a directive to the Chiefs of both agencies to give full cooperation to the assessment team.
According to the Vice President, this is not a taskforce but contracted service with very specific objective to assist his Ministry in making necessary improvements. [/restrict]
