Palau Pacific Resort owned by Pacific Islands Development Corporation, a subsidiary of Tokyu Land Corporation, is pleased to announce its expansion plan to build Palau’s first Pool Villas with new resort
facilities. Construction work is expected to start in late March and scheduled to complete at the end of 2018.

There will be a total of 8 Villas with its own terrace and private infinity swimming pool, which consists of 5 Lagoon View Villas facing the serene Ngereksong cove, 2 Pond View Villas facing the Lotus pond, and 1
Hilltop Villa equipped with 3 bedrooms on the small hill which features one of the largest room in Palau overlooking the ocean.

Once the new 8 Pool Villas open, it will be combined with the existing 5 Water Bungalows and managed separately with its own reception, restaurant, lounge and adults-only pool. In addition to our plan to
develop Palau’s first high-value accommodation category, we will also offer exclusive butler service catered to our Pool Villa and Water Bungalow guests for a memorable experience whether they are honeymooners, couples, or families.
