Francis Tkel, Police Lieutenant of the Division of Marine Law Enforcement & Maritime Security at the Ministry of Justice successfully completed the KCCP Master’s Program for Maritime Safety and Security Policy Program, earning his certificate by JICA and awarded the degree of Master of Policy Studies after completing all requirements at National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) and Japan Coast Guard Academy (JCGA).
This program contributes to reinforcing partnerships among the participant’s country by helping to maintain a strong and sustainable network among maritime safety and security related organizations in the Indo-Pacific region. This will help to preserve and develop international maritime order in the region in accordance with the rule of law.
